Crossfading Synths

Great sound design is fluid, able to meet this moment and then morph into something that suits whatever comes next. Sometimes it drags, often it scurries, but like the sea, its one constant is change.

This sound package, Crossfading Synths, contains 21 textured presets that showcase Bitwig Studio's polyphonic instruments and more. Each patch is a swarming island of movement and life, ready to complement a track or launch the idea for a new one. They also come fully equipped with a few top-level remote controls, each crossfading many parameters and giving you clear control of the sound. The 64 note clips included in the pack show these presets in motion.

If you own a full Bitwig Studio license (4.0.2 or later) with an active Upgrade Plan, the Crossfading Synths sound package is now available for free in Dashboard > Packages > Extended Collection

Download Instructions:

1. Launch Bitwig Studio and open the Dashboard (by clicking the Bitwig icon in the top of the window).
2. Go to Packages tab, click on Extended Collection, then click the Install button beside Crossfading Synths.
3. To load a sound: Add a track with the plus button (+), then click on the Presets page, and under Packages, choose Crossfading Synths. Now click on any sound and start playing the keyboard.
4. To load a note clip: Open the side-panel Browser Panel, click the Clips tab, select Crossfading Synths from Location Selector. Now click any clip to preview, or drag it into your project to create a new track.
